*CPYC custom branded items are a final sale. Please make note before purchasing.*

We do our very best to provide quality products you will love in your home. We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your merchandise and we will be happy to try to find a solution if there is something wrong with the quality of the item. Our products are produced through printful who will only accept returns due to the quality since they print on demand only.

Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping and handling fees and customer is responsible for re-shipping fees. 

All sale items are final and non-refundable. 

Please note, custom orders are non-refundable as they are cut and made specifically for you.

Our customers are very important to us and we want you to be completely satisfied.


Please also note that, although every effort is made to photograph our items accurately and describe our products in detail, we cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise.


If you are interested in exchanging your items please contact us and we are happy to help you if possible. We may be able to exchange something if we have it in the ship store at CPYC club.​

Cancellations 

If you do decide you want to cancel your order completely, please notify us within 24 Hrs of placing your order at office@cpyc.com and we will start the refund process within the next 3-5 business days.
